Engine components are subject to harsh environment and are under constant strain from heat and other stress factors such as yaw,pitch and vibrations.Gradual effects from friction and combustion render components unusable from wear down which causes burns,cracks and thinning.We will be able to recondition the damaged areas using material of equivalent quality to the base metal of the said component to original condition.

Field Service

Whether on-board a vessel or on land, when you do not have the time to send in your components, when something goes wrong unexpectedly or when the affected component cannot be detached or located, we will send our engineers to help you. We will assist you with everything from maintenance,overhaul,steelwork,fabrication and piping.

Chrome Plating Thermal Spraying

Additionally, we offer hard chrome plating and new plating for all kinds of components such as piston crown ring landings, pump shafts and hydraulic cylinders. We can also perform thermal spraying on shafts.
